I took the decision, in light of current events, that all my staff should self isolate. We need to keep this virus contained and seems like the sensible option as some of my ladies are looking after elderly parents, whereas others have young children. So all contact within our offices and retail premises has ceased from today.
However business will continue as usual, only difference is that all staff have been set up with phones and computers in their own homes. We have experienced a few IT issues with our systems, but these should be resolved now. We also have an answer phone service and the overflow call centre to leave a message and an advisor will call you back as soon as they can.
All in clinic appointments have had to be cancelled, but we can change those to online consultations if you so wish
To date our dispatch service is running as normal. please bare with if your pack arrives a couple of days later than usual, this is because stock has been delayed from the pharmacy.
Please also be aware that infection control strategies have been deployed our dispatch team. They are handling products and packaging wearing gloves, masks with regular hand washing and use of anti-bacterial liquid.
